Ans: You can communicate with your resource using Emails, Skype, MIRC, Phones etc.
Ans: The resource would follow your company’s shift timings and would take holidays as per your leave policy.
Ans: Yes you can ask the resource to come to your country by taking prior approval from HOH. All travel cost related to this would be borne by your company.

Ans: You can select the resources for your company depending upon your hiring criteria. HOH would not intervene in your hiring process at any point of time.
Ans: In case of in house Talent, HOH would need atleast 15 days to allocate the resource to your company post the contract signing and receiving the payment. In case a specialized resource is hired from outside HOH talent pool, then HOH would require minimum 40 days to get the resource on board post the contract signing and payment receipt.
Ans: Yes you can convert the shared resource into dedicated resource and HOH would require atleast 30 days to allocate the resource fully. Incase we receive request from two different clients for the same resource then the client who had submitted request first would be given preference.
Ans: Yes, you can ask the resources to use the virtual desktop provided by you.
Ans: Our client’s data privacy is of the utmost importance for us. To achieve this we have taken following actions –
1. USB and CD Drives are disabled on all machines.
2. Incase of shared resources, resources use different logins for different clients so as to protect each client’s data.
3. Our employees are not allowed to ask or store financial information of any client.
4. Resources are not allowed to bring in any devices which can capture client information.
Ans: Any intellectual property developed in our premises would belong to the client for whom the resource is working. HOH would not have any right on this IP and cannot duplicate/replicate it.
Ans: The hiring company would be responsible for the reporting and task assignment to the resources. HOH won’t be responsible for it.
Ans: Freelancers are generally free birds who work from home at their own leisure, whereas at HOH the resources hired by your are your extended team members who work in a professional environment. Also freelancers generally cannot be held accountable incase of non performance, but at HOH we take the ownership of providing quality and reliable workforce.
All the resources assigned to you would work as per KRA’s designed by you.
Ans: HOH would take care of the payroll and benefits of the employees.
Ans: Incase you need a resource which is not mentioned in our talent pool, you can share the required skill set with us and our recruiters would start lining up talent up for you from outside HOH. These selected resources would then be hired by HOH and allocated to you as virtual employees.
Ans: HOH would provide all the required hardware like Desktops, Headsets, Phone etc to the employee. All the machines would have basic software’s like OS, Microsoft Office, Skype, MSN etc. Incase the client requires any specific hardware or software the same can be arranged depending on total cost of the item requested.
